TEDx talk - Araatrika Surana—Grade 5

True leadership starts with taking personal responsibility.

In a powerful TEDx talk, Mumbai’s own Araatrika Surana—a Grade 5 student at École Mondiale World School—shares how owning your role transforms teamwork, confidence, and success.

From launching a jewelry line at age 8 and excelling in sports and arts, to teaching nearly 200 kids at an NGO, Araatrika proves that age is no barrier to impact.
