Unheard Voices is an annual event at our school where we welcome individuals from marginalized communities, and give them a platform so that our school community can learn more from them.
This year, Unheard Voices will be taking place on the 18th of January, from 5pm onwards and will be featuring speakers from the visually impaired community.
Speakers from NABET- the National Association for the Blind (Employment and Training) will be sharing their stories and experiences while delving into the difficulties they face on a daily basis with their visual impairment.
The event is open for Grades 6 to 12.
Registrations, as well as the fundraiser, for the event will be opening soon, and will be sent through mail.
